Working Principle
When fuels with high sulfur content are burned, some of the SO2 formed after combustion is further oxidized to SO3 and combines with water vapor in the flue gas to form sulfuric acid vapor. The condensation temperature of sulfuric acid vapor in the flue gas is called the acid dew point, which is much higher than the water dew point. The more SO3 (or sulfuric acid vapor) content in the flue gas, the higher the acid dew point, and the acid dew point in the flue gas can be up to 140-160 ℃, or even higher.

IN-P500 series acid dew point analyzer is a real-time on-line measurement of the acid dew point temperature in the flue gas of boilers and heaters. According to the measured acid dew point temperature, it can effectively control the exhaust temperature of boiler and heating furnace, reduce the low temperature sulfuric acid dew point corrosion of equipment, improve the thermal efficiency of operation, increase the safety of boiler operation and extend the service life of equipment.
After using the acid dew point analyzer, you can accurately know the acid dew point value in the flue gas of the boiler and heating furnace, as well as the oxygen, water vapor or dew point value (-50℃~100C) and the value of water content and humidity, and the user can control the flue gas temperature slightly higher than the acid dew point of the flue gas in a certain range according to the display of the instrument or the 2-channel 4-20 mA output signal, in order to avoid the low-temperature acidic corrosion and increase the safety of the boiler operation.

●Probe Determination: 1 instrument can simultaneously measure the acid dew point value, auxiliary measurement of oxygen content, water dew point value, water atmosphere content and so on.
●Multi-output control: The instrument has two 4~20mA current outputs and computer communication interfaces RS232 and RS485.
●Measuring range: 0 ℃ ~ 200 ℃ acid dew point value, 1ppm ~ 100% oxygen, 0 ~ 100% water vapor, -50 ℃ ~ 100 ℃ dew point value, and water content (g grams / Kg per kilogram).
●Alarm Setting: The instrument has 1-channel general alarm output as well as 3-channel programmable alarm output.
●Auto-calibration: The instrument will automatically monitor each function system and auto-calibrate to ensure the accuracy of the instrument during measurement. Intelligent System: The instrument can be used for man-machine dialog and complete the setup functions according to the predefined settings.
●Display and output function: The instrument has a strong function of displaying various parameters and has a strong function of outputting and controlling various parameters.
●Variable parameter selection: According to the SO2 generated by different fuels (lignite, washed coal, pulverized coal, natural gas, blast furnace gas, heavy oil, various grades of fuel oil, etc.) with different sulfur content and the conversion rate of each fuel into SO3, the instrument can directly obtain the acid dew point value of the flue gas of each fuel with high precision burning.
